Evision Mental Health Services, LLC is a CARF accredited, Black owned behavioral health provider in Baltimore, offering OMHC, IOP, PRP, and wraparound support for adults and minors. Our work grew out of years of direct investment in neighbors facing trauma, displacement, and limited access to care. We have walked beside adults, children, underserved communities, and elderly residents through real life challenges. That history shapes how we listen, how we plan care, and how we stay present. We honor every story and build partnerships with families, schools, and community programs so clients are never left to navigate alone.
We design care around each person, not around a program slot. Treatment plans reflect mental health needs, culture, family roles, and daily realities like housing, employment, and transportation. Therapy, PRP, medication management, life skills, and community supports are woven together so progress in one area strengthens the others. Our motto, "Small steps lead to big changes," guides every contact. We slow down when needed, celebrate each gain, and focus on skills that truly fit your life. You are always treated with dignity, and your goals lead the way.
As a CARF accredited agency, we follow clear standards for safety, ethics, and clinical quality while still keeping a warm, welcoming environment. Licensed therapists and experienced behavioral health professionals provide trauma informed, culturally responsive care across OMHC, IOP, and PRP. We monitor outcomes, adjust plans when needs change, and coordinate closely across services so support feels connected, not fragmented. Our goal is lasting stability, independence, and meaningful community involvement, not quick fixes. Small, steady steps build real change, and we are here to walk beside you through each stage of recovery.
Our clinical leadership team brings years of experience in outpatient therapy, psychiatric rehabilitation, and community based care. Each licensed clinician is trained in trauma informed and culturally responsive practice, and our Black owned roots shape how we welcome and support every person who walks through our doors. We listen carefully, explain options in clear language, and design treatment plans that fit each person's life, roles, and responsibilities. Our clinicians collaborate closely with PRP staff, IOP facilitators, and medication providers so care feels connected, not scattered.
As a CARF accredited practice, we uphold the highest standards of quality and accountability in everything we do. Most of all, we believe small, steady steps can create lasting change, and we walk that process with you.
Our rehabilitation and support team includes skilled psychiatric rehabilitation specialists, case managers, and life skills coaches who understand how housing, employment, and daily structure impact mental health. Team members are experienced in working with adults and minors, including people returning home after hospitalization or adjusting to new diagnoses. We focus on practical goals such as organizing a day, managing appointments, strengthening communication, and connecting with community resources.
Staff receive cultural sensitivity and trauma informed training so services feel respectful and safe. Together with our clinical team, they help clients build confidence, maintain stability, and move toward greater independence step by step.
